Two Z's for sale in Scottsdale

Just driving around my local area and saw this in a front yard. Called on it (owner: Greg (206-200-8360)) and got some details (for anyone other than me - or Randy!)

1981 ZX 2+2 5 speed, non-turbo, 40K miles, power windows and great A/C. Everything works like lights, windows, switches etc. Needs nothing. Recent work was new fuel injection system (injectors and fuel pump). $18,000
My info: Nice repaint and very straight. Window trim very good. Looking though window interior is very very nice. Clean and intact. Of concern: Front hood does not line up at bumper, and damage evident on lower air dam, driver side. Chatty owner, not a jerk.

1977 280Z 2+2 4 speed, approx. 36K miles, all records including oil changes. It was inherited by a friend of his, then Greg bought it from him.
